I have been a renter at this specific Hawaii Self Storage for a few years and must say things are so well run here I may never leave. First off, the facility is very clean. There's been times I come in the morning and see BJ walking the floor with a dust mop and he's the manager. Nothing better than seeing the manager doing these tasks themselves. Convenient...easy to use app to enter the facility. Safe and secure parking. Central location in town. Responsive...any questions I have Ash will have an answer to or get it and responds back quickly and with a smile. Any issues I feel like I can bring up and BJ will get it resolved or find a work around. Laine is friendly to talk to and always checks on me to make sure things are going well. Cost...reasonably priced but of course who wouldn't want things cheaper lol All in all a great run facility and a place I have referred several people to as I trust they will be taken care of

Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Was looking for a 24/7 storage solution for my growing business. Entire staff was very warm, down-to-earth and yet still very professional. Lane gave me a comfortable tour and Ash signed me up smoothly.

So far, good service. Staff is very friendly and helped my roomate and I in a time crunch. Everything was scheduled and moved efficiently. Mahalo!
