STORAGE RENTAL PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotional pricing applies to the first three (3) months of rental only. During the fourth (4th) month, the rental rate will be discounted by 25% off the standard monthly rental rate. Beginning with the fifth (5th) month, the then-current standard rental rate will apply, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
Promotion is valid for new storage unit rentals only and cannot be applied to existing rentals, current units, unit transfers, unit upgrades or downgrades, renewals, or previously executed rental agreements. Existing tenants are not eligible to transfer promotional pricing to another unit or terminate and re-rent a unit for the purpose of obtaining this offer.Customer must complete the rental agreement and take possession of the unit within current month to qualify. Reservations, inquiries, or holds alone do not guarantee promotional pricing or availability.
Promotional pricing applies to base monthly rent only and excludes applicable taxes, administrative fees, security deposits, insurance or tenant protection plans, locks, and other applicable charges. Additional fees may apply.
Offer is limited to qualifying units and participating locations, is subject to availability, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers. Limit one promotional offer per customer or household. Promotional discounts have no cash value and are nontransferable.
Customer must remain in compliance with all rental agreement terms, including timely payment of rent and applicable charges. Late fees, lien enforcement charges, and other applicable fees remain subject to the rental agreement and governing law. Promotional discounts do not waive any contractual obligations.
Rental rates, unit availability, and promotional offerings are subject to change as permitted by applicable law. Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion for future rentals without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Promotional terms for completed qualifying rentals will be honored as stated in the rental agreement.
