Honestly, the best place and so much better than any others storage companies I have had before. Not only convenient, but the staff here is super amazing and friendly. Having to store things is a hassle and a lot of times frustrating due to circumstances of life. But the people here are warm, fun and friendly and so very helpful. I have to give a special shout-out to Tammy, and especially to Huanani, the site manager. She is "da bomb" and knows how to make it happen and go the extra mile. Totally happy with the experience here. Highly recommend going here and not messing around, do it right the first time and come here for your storage needs!

I have moved to the Hawaii Self Storage about 2 years ago right after the pandemic as my former storage was not being willing to accommodate my business needs as I was clasified as an essential worker. I moved with hesitation as it was a lot of work but once I met the team; Haunani Richardson- the site manager, Jayna and Tammy her support staff, I felt immediately relieved. They are by far the most customer service, genuinely interested in helping their customers and accommodating above and beyond. I have had numerous situation where I needed their help and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I feel that the facility is clean and safe which are two very important factors when choosing the storage. I would highly recommend this storage for various reasons but the staff- Haunani, Tammy and Jayna is where it starts! Petra

All the lady's in this office and this facility are the bomb!! There helpfulness, professionalism, friendliness is off the 5 star! They should be 10 stars!!! See for urself wen u walk in!!! They treat you as a customer but also as family! Ohana style! I love these lady's they will help find a solution to what ever problem u have wen it comes to the size or space ur looking for along with pricing to ur needs! I've been with them for over 5 years I believe, and the place is clean!!! I love the smell of the container area! Lol...it's clean and cold and refreshing!!!. Thank you lady's! And whom ever is the boss should be proud of these lady's I know u don't see how they work but I do!!! U should give them a surprise bonus
